Serena is located within a unique gated development of 27 apartments and two houses and is arguably one of the most luxurious and well equipped of the apartments in this development with close attention to detail.
The apartment also comes with its own reserved car parking space. It doesn’t matter what time of year, you don’t have to leave the apartment to relax. St Ives can be reached within 5 minutes on one of the most scenic train journey around Britain’s coast or a beautiful walk. The station is near the apartment.

What’s included in your booking
Every guest can expect to find a luxury welcome hamper upon arrival, each property also provides fast Wi-Fi, high quality linen and towels, logs (where relevant), dishwasher tablets, tea towels and hand wash. Our minimum standards ensure you have everything you need for a memorable stay, but some properties may provide alternative or slightly varied items, so please request detailed information from our team before your stay, if still required.
Who Manages Cornish Stays properties
Each of our property owners have a local manager and housekeeping team on hand to prepare and clean the property, whilst also being available to resolve any potential issues during your stay.
If you have a problem during your stay who to contact
In any cases where you encounter a problem, please contact the property manager as soon as possible.
