Trewalder
Description
Treyarnon Bay is celebrated as one of North Cornwall’s most picturesque beaches, known for its excellent surf, plentiful rock pools for children to explore, and a unique natural swimming pool carved into the rocks. A short five-minute walk across the dramatic headland brings you to Constantine and Booby’s Bays, with Porthcothan, Mother Ivey’s, Harlyn, Trevone Bays, and the rugged beauty of Trevose Head all easily reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, which passes directly by Trewalder’s gate.
Trevose Golf Club, with its championship links course overlooking Constantine and Booby’s Bays, is just a three-minute drive away, and the charming harbour town of Padstow, famed for its Michelin-starred dining, is only 10 minutes by car. Just a stone’s throw from Trewalder, you’ll also find a convenient beach shop, a seasonal café, and a food kiosk.
The home’s breathtaking location is matched by its generous and thoughtful accommodation. Trewalder boasts four bedrooms—three with en-suite bathrooms and one with access to a family bathroom—and two large balconies offering sweeping views of the bay. They’re the perfect spots to savour a glass of wine at sunset or enjoy your morning coffee.
The spacious entrance hall, complete with coat and boot storage, leads into a large, welcoming living room with a cosy snug area. Here, you can relax and enjoy uninterrupted beach views or warm up by the log-burning stove on cooler evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen, with views over the garden to the sea, opens into a bright dining area, a sunny space with bi-fold doors leading onto the garden. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a well-equipped utility room, a separate cloakroom, and a twin bedroom with its own en-suite. Upstairs, three further bedrooms await, each with direct balcony access and stunning coastal views.
Outdoors, Trewalder offers a large private garden, a spacious patio, and a barbecue area — perfect for sunny evenings after a day spent at the beach or exploring the coast. There’s ample parking with a large driveway that accommodates up to four vehicles.
Perfect for large families or groups of friends, Trewalder offers everything you need for a truly memorable coastal getaway.
